We ship orders via Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, TNT or Evri. You may identify on your order the preferred method of transportation. Otherwise we will ship via the best method to save you money and assure the most timely delivery possible. 24 -72 HOURS DELIVERY AVAILABLE ONLY TO CLIENTS IN THE USA. Delivery might vary depending on your location.
Tracking information is supplied once your order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track and monitor their package in transit. It is also customers responsibility to notify us if a tracking number is not received within two business days of order placement. Once the package is delivered to the address you provided the package becomes the responsibility of the customer. Basis for delivery is carrier records which reflect date and time of delivery. Once your products are delivered, you assume all responsibility for them, including the risk that they may be stolen or damaged. We recommend you have your packages delivered to a location where someone will be available for delivery.
Hazmat Packages: We can ship up to 48 lbs of different cannabis products under one hazmat fee to save you money. Royal Mail and DPD charge £12.95 per package on Hazardous Materials. Cannabis and its related products are Hazardous.
DPD requires a signature on all hazardous material packages and will not allow the packages to be redirected to an alternate address.
UPS may require a signature when delivering your package.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package when delivered. If no one is available to sign for the package when delivered and the package is returned to UK Cookies, the customer is responsible for all charges related to the return.
To Activate Free Shipping, Your order must be above £200.
If there are any service requirements mandating additional shipping charges customers will be notified in advance of shipping. Taxes are an estimate and are subject to change based on jurisdiction. You will be contacted prior to shipping if there are any freight differences due to location, package weight, etc.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Customer service is a priority at UK Cookies. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact us with any questions you may have about our products before you place an order. We Offer a 30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy incase you are not satisfied with your order.
All products are brand new and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified. Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of delivery of your order.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from UK Cookies. Please contact us to process a return. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- All returns must be made within 14 days of product delivery.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned, refused, undelivered, or abandoned items.
- All returns must be received as they were when they shipped from UK Cookies; new and in the original packaging. All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping return costs.
- Any shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the receipt that accompanied your order. Please DO NOT place any labels, write on, or attempt to ship back your return item in just the manufacturer’s box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. If your shipping carrier has lost or damaged your package, please contact them directly.
